This was a wonderful little find for a lovely little holiday on the south coast. Really well located, only 15 mins from the coastline and connected to the main roads. Quiet village setting, good amount of parking. All of the staff were so friendly and attentive, we felt so well looked after. I was taking my granny on holiday for this trip, the room was spacious and clean, with a massive bathroom. The food at the hotel was great, we stayed for breakfast and dinners because of the variety and quality available. I'm a coeliac and didn't feel stressed once about eating here, all meals were adapted and I felt very well catered for. Overall we loved it, and will definitely be returning as soon as possible!!

We were attending a party at the hotel, so it was just common sense to say there, and it did not disappoint. The room was just right for what we needed. It was away from the main building, and the road, so very quiet. The room came with breakfast, which was a short walk away, and the choices were excellent, including a full English, Eggs Benedict, amongst several other options. I had the Eggs Benedict, which was very good, and very much needed after the party. I saw a few of the other options too, and they all looked good. I would highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Staff was great upon check in - the room wasn't quite ready so they gave me a Diet Coke to sip at the bar while waiting, which was very considerate after a long workday! It only took a few minutes to get into the room. Everything was very clean and cosy, very comfortable bed, and lots of lighting options for reading and such. I was only there for one night so didn't turn on the TV but I believe they had Sky (always a bonus). Also, good biscuit selection with the tea in the room. Breakfast room was lovely, I had toast and tea but they were offering cooked breakfast as well. Very friendly service.

This is a pub with rooms rather than a purpose built hotel (obviously!). One benefit of this was the lovely staff (especially Lois and Chloe), really helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was good, and there was great flexibility about what you could have. The bed was very comfortable, the room was warm and clean. Very happy stay. Thank you! There always seemed a real willingness to accommodate the guests needs (guests including two huskies to breakfast on the last day!)

Wonderfully relaxing with friendly yet professional staff. Comfortable rooms with all we needed including tea and coffee making, tv, comfy beds, spacious bathroom. The bar area was a great place to socialise and food in the restaurant was not expensive, and plenty of choice. Sticky toffee pudding tasted great! The breakfast was faultless. Good choice available and a light, airy space with friendly, prompt service made for a very inviting atmosphere.
